2026 LSCL Youth Night Waiver
To participate in the on-field activities during Lone Star State Collegiate League Youth Softball Night, a completed waiver is required for each participating child.
We encourage parents and guardians to download, complete, and submit the waiver before the event to help make check-in as quick and easy as possible.
One waiver must be completed for each child.
Participants must have a signed waiver before they are permitted to participate in any on-field games or activities.
Upon check-in, participants with a completed waiver will receive a wristband, which is required for participation throughout the event.
If you are unable to complete the waiver in advance, printed copies will be available at the event.
